WORLD HUNGER SUNDAY Envelopes for donations designated to assist with the ELCA’s World Hunger programs will be in the bulletins Sunday morning, November 27. Envelopes are also available in the pews and narthex. Donations help alleviate hunger in the United States and around the world.  

CHRISTMAS DECORATING

The Altar Guild will put up the Christmas trees and crèche on Saturday morning, November 26. We will meet about 10am. They will be decorated at a later time. If you are available, your help will be appreciated. Thanks, Sandy.

THANKSGIVING EVE SERVICE

Wednesday, November 23rd, at 7pm, First Lutheran will host a community Thanksgiving service. Area congregations have been invited to participate. Please plan to come share your thanks! We will collect food for the Church of Peace food pantry at the service. We will bring the food to the altar as part of our offering.

If you don’t remember to bring non-perishable items Sunday, November 20, for the Church of Peace Food Pantry, bring them Wednesday, November 23, or next Sunday, November 27.
