I’ve decided to offer a midweek devotion on the psalm assigned for the previous Sunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I pray this short time of prayer and reflection aids you in your preparations for the Advent of the Christ Child!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psalm: Psalm 25:1-10<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u20031To you, O Lord,
\u2003\u2003I lift up my soul.
\u20032My God, I put my trust in you; let me not be put to shame,
\u2003\u2003nor let my enemies triumph over me.
\u20033Let none who look to you be put to shame;
\u2003\u2003rather let those be put to shame who are treacherous.
\u20034Show me your ways, O Lord,
\u2003\u2003and teach me your paths.
\u20035Lead me in your truth and teach me,
\u2003\u2003for you are the God of my salvation; in you have I trusted all | the day long.
\u20036Remember, O Lord, your compassion and love,
\u2003\u2003for they are from everlasting.
\u20037Remember not the sins of my youth and | my transgressions;
\u2003\u2003remember me according to your steadfast love and for the sake of your goodness, O Lord.
\u20038You are gracious and upright, O Lord;
\u2003\u2003therefore you teach sinners in your way.
\u20039You lead the lowly in justice
\u2003\u2003and teach the lowly your way.
\u200310All your paths, O Lord, are steadfast love and faithfulness
\u2003\u2003to those who keep your covenant and your testimonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
