Mark Wilhelm named executive director of Network of ELCA Colleges and Universities
CHICAGO (Aug. 3, 2017) – The Rev. Mark N. Wilhelm has been named executive director of the Network of ELCA Colleges and Universities. Congregational Meeting, Sunday, August 6
There will be a congregational meeting directly following worship, on Sunday, August 6. The only item on the agenda will be a recommendation of a pastoral candidate to the congregation, from the call committee chair and the congregation president. A vote of the congregation will take place at that meeting, according to the constitution.
ST, JOE’S COFFEEHOUSE
Open Mic Coffeehouse. Friday, August 11th, 7 – 10pm. In the Parish House. Refreshments served. Donations benefit the St. Joe’s Evening Meal, served weeknights at the Rock Island Township Hall. Please come. All are welcome!
Bix Jazz Service

Sunday, July 30, the congregation of First Lutheran will have an opportunity to meet the pastoral candidate. Chris Lee and his family will be at worship and stay for a lunch fellowship.
