FOOD PANTRY SUNDAY
The 3rd Sunday of each month is usually the Sunday to try to remember to bring non-perishable goods for the Church of Peace food pantry. This month, though, we are supporting Churches United’s “Thanksgiving in July,” so bring those goods ALL MONTH LONG!! Thanks!
NO THEOLOGY ON TAP
Theology on Tap will not meet in July. We will start again in August, at 7:30pm, on the 2nd Thursday of the month, August 10, at M.D. Green’s, in the District of Rock Island.

CHRISTIAN SERVICE FUND SUNDAY
The noisy coin collection and loose offering, the first Sunday of the month, July 2, will be designated for First Lutheran’s Christian Service Fund. This fund assists members and non-members with rent, utilities, food, etc.

CONGREGATION MEETING
There will be a congregational meeting directly following worship, on Sunday, July 9. The only item on the agenda will be the contract for installation of the Parish House patio railing.
HOLIDAY OFFICE CLOSING
The church office will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.
FOLK ARTS
You are invited to come to the lower level of the Parish House at 7pm, Thursdays, June 29 and July 6, to work on folk arts projects or join the conversation and fellowship as others work. Folk Arts meets on the last and first Thursday of each month.
